What We Ask of You

The guarantee depends on treatment being delivered as planned, so it applies when you have:

• Attended your scheduled sessions at the intervals set in your plan (typically 6–8 weeks apart). Missed or long-delayed sessions make fading assessment unreliable.
• Followed the aftercare guidance we provide after each session (see our aftercare guide). Aftercare directly affects how your body clears ink.
• Disclosed relevant medical information at your consultation: medications, skin conditions, or previous treatments that can affect laser response.

What the Guarantee Covers, and What It Doesn't

Making a Claim

Nothing formal is needed. The midpoint review is built into every treatment plan, and we raise the comparison photos with you proactively. If the guarantee is triggered, we process your refund to your original payment method. Questions at any point: call 0440 133 330 or ask at your next session.

The Price Cap: How It Works

Your confirmed price is the cap. Your free video assessment gives you a written treatment range and price to start with. Before your first treatment and before you pay, Ink Off checks the tattoo in person and confirms the plan and price. For an eligible plan up to A4, the confirmed price is the maximum treatment-plan price. If the tattoo needs more eligible treatment rounds than quoted within 24 months of the first paid session, Ink Off covers those rounds. Treatment remains subject to clinical judgment, including whether further treatment is appropriate, and to the attendance, interval, aftercare, and disclosure conditions in your plan. Work larger than A4 is treated and priced in sections; its confirmed prices are locked for 24 months from in-person confirmation.

The plain-English conditions:

• The cap counts treatment rounds for the quoted tattoo. It applies to work up to A4; larger pieces are treated in sections and quoted individually (their quote carries the 24-month price lock instead).
• Your quote at the video assessment is a starting point until your first in-person session, where we confirm it with a skin check in the room. It's fixed from that point.
• If the tattoo requires more eligible treatment rounds than quoted within 24 months of the first paid session, Ink Off covers those rounds — there is no fixed numeric limit on covered rounds. You pay the confirmed per-session price as you go until your payments reach the confirmed maximum treatment-plan price; eligible rounds after that point are $0.
• The same attendance, aftercare and disclosure conditions as the money-back guarantee apply.
• Clinical judgement always comes first. If two consecutive rounds show no measurable change on the comparison photos, we'll tell you honestly and close the course rather than keep treating — some inks fade rather than fully clear, and no laser clinic can promise a specific outcome. The cap protects your price, not a guaranteed result: that's what the money-back guarantee above is for.
