Who we are

Ink Off Laser Tattoo Removal ("Ink Off", "we", "us") operates a laser tattoo removal studio at 35 Stubbs Street, Kensington VIC 3031 and the website inkoff.com.au. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

What we collect

• Contact details you submit through our enquiry, booking and assessment forms: name, phone number, email address.
• Tattoo and assessment information you choose to provide: tattoo description, size, colours, location on the body, skin type, and photos you upload for assessment.
• Booking and treatment records: appointments, consultation notes, treatment history and progress photos taken in the studio.
• Website and marketing data: pages visited, referral source and campaign parameters (e.g. UTM tags), collected via cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

• To respond to enquiries, book consultations and provide treatment.
• To assess your tattoo and prepare a treatment estimate.
• To send appointment reminders and relevant follow-ups about your enquiry or treatment plan. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising.

Progress photos are never published without your recorded, written consent. Photos taken during treatment are used for your clinical record. If we'd like to feature your results in our gallery or marketing, we will ask you first. Saying no has no effect on your treatment.

Who we share it with

• Service providers that run our systems: customer-relationship and booking software, secure cloud hosting, and email/SMS delivery. These providers may store data outside Australia; we take reasonable steps to ensure they handle it consistently with the APPs.
• Analytics and advertising platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta) receive limited technical event data about website usage. We do not send them your health information, assessment answers or photos.

We do not sell personal information.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel). These help us understand how visitors use the site and measure campaigns. You can control cookies through your browser settings; the site works without them.

Security and retention

Personal information is stored in access-controlled systems. Assessment photo links are time-limited. We keep records only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or de-identify them.
